Guitar Body Routing & Wood Repair in Redding, CA

Routing for new pickups and electronics, body contours, cracked bodies, and stripped screw holes.

Want a humbucker where a single coil sits, room for a push-pull pot, or a battery box for active pickups? Most of those upgrades start with a little routing. We cut clean cavities sized for the parts you’re putting in, so everything fits without forcing wires or bending lugs.

Woodwork also covers comfort and repairs. A heavy body can get weight relief, and slab bodies can get a belly cut or arm contour so they’re easier to play for a full set. If the body is cracked, broken from a fall, or full of stripped screw holes, we glue it, plug it, and redrill it so hardware holds tight again.

Bigger routing and contour jobs are quoted after a look, so you know what you’re getting before work starts. Bring it in to the shop on Redcliff Drive and show us what you have in mind.
