The fingerboard takes more wear than any other part of the guitar. Sweat and grime build up, rosewood and ebony dry out, and in a dry climate boards can shrink, crack, or loosen inlays and binding.
A cleaning and conditioning takes care of most of it and makes the neck feel new again. For bigger issues we fill cracks and chips, reglue or replace inlays and binding, add side dots you can actually see, and handle fretless conversions for bass players.

Fingerboard cleaning
